Christina is one of 5 featured artists in the exhibit at Channel Islands Maritime Museum, “Resilience”, Art of the Channel Islands. The exhibit can be viewed through December 18, 2022 and is open Thursday- Monday: 12pm – 4pm. The Museum is located at the Channel Islands Harbor at 3900 Bluefin Circle, Oxnard 93035
Member News: Leslie Plimpton
Leslie’s Monotype on a Hand-Sewn Banner titled, “Quintessential Chanel” is on view at the Ojai Valley Museum as part of the Ojai Studio Artists Exhibition, “Perception and Persistence.” The show will be up until October 10th, coinciding with the Ojai Studio Artists Tour happening October 8-10th from 10-5pm each day. Member News: Meet new member Alyse Stuck
Alyse hails from Boston where she studied fine arts at the New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University in Boston and graduated with a BFA in 2015. She works primarily with photopolymer gravure etchings.
Saturday Printmaking Demo
Another fabulous printmaking demo with Ginny Furmanski, the founding member of the inkspots. Ginny demonstrated some of her monoprint methods. Come see us next Saturday 11/23 for another demo 1-4pm and see the inkspots annual exhibit.
inkspots Opening Reception
Thanks to everyone who came to our opening reception. We will have gallery hours each Saturday in November 1-4pm with a different printmaking demonstration each Saturday.
