Inés and Christina are participating in the ImMigration, a collaborative print project at the Self Help Graphics in Los Angeles, located at 1300 E. 1st Street, LA 90033. The exhibit is on view January 11-February 22. In addition to the 15” right-angle triangular prints that have been put together in a quilt fashion, there are also paper boats suspended from the ceiling. There will be a walk through and a panel about Art and Migration on February 1st 1-3pm.
The first presentation of this installation was at Union Gallery, University of North Texas, as part of the 2019 Annual Southern Graphics Council International Conference. The installation also traveled to SCgallery at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica in Venice, Italy in 2018.
